GP consults
If you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 12 hours notice, you may be charged the full consult fee.
Phone consults are available for patients for telehealth consultations. If you opt for a phone consult and the Doctor/Nurse requires you to rebook for an in-person appointment, you will be invoiced and required to pay for both the phone consult and in-person appointment

Vaccinations
We offer free immunisation vaccines for all children and for the complete schedule for childhood.We also provide seasonal influenza shots and other vaccines for adults, including travel vaccinations.
Heart Health
Despite being preventable, heart disease and strokes remain New Zealand's biggest killers.
We can test you to check for heart problems and assess your risk factors for a heart attack or stroke.
Children's Health
We provide FREE medical care to children up to 13 years old. Your family doctor is your healthcare partner and we will provide you with all the day-to-day advice, information and support for all kids’ health issues and on how to keep your child well.
Skin Cancer Checks
We offer full-body skin exams for our enrolled patients, to check any existing spots, freckles, or moles are normal.
We can then analyse if further checks are required.
Sexual Health
We provide sexual health care that is client focused, culturally appropriate and of an excellent standard.
All our sexual health care is confidential, easy and hassle free. Your results are yours alone and shared only with you.
Women's Health
Our doctors understand that many conditions and diseases affect women differently. Our treatment has a strong focus on health education and preventative medicine so you can get on with your busy task of living and caring.
Diabetes Management
We can set up FREE regular appointments for our enrolled patients with diabetes to monitor your health care more closely.
We can also provide advice and support on any other concerns you may have about your diabetes care.
End-of-Life Care
Palliative care to support patients and their families as they plan for the future, working with primary care physicians and specialists. We work closely with all Auckland Hospices, particularly West Auckland Hospice.
Men's Health
Our doctors understand that many conditions and diseases affect men and women differently. All too often men neglect their health until a serious problem arises. Most men are particularly good at NOT having regular medical checks!
